Bruno Henrique lives in São José dos Campos, our city. A few years ago, he opened a digital marketing agency, Axus Marketing, specializing in the real estate segment.

Step 1. The first step was to carry out a study to outline the profile of the ideal client for this enterprise. Bruno identified that 80% of apartment purchase decisions were influenced by women.
“The audience was 30-year-old women, with higher education, mothers, who live in Jacareí and work outside of business hours.” Bruno Henrique.
Step 2. After finding out who his audience was, Bruno needed to identify which were the problems related to real estate financing that could interfere with the purchase of the venture.
He detected that banks were reducing credit releases and increasing interest on financing.
Therefore, the second step was to negotiate a new form of payment for property that did not depend exclusively on banks.
The financing benefit was released in up to 80x directly with the construction company, without the involvement of banks. With that, Bruno had a great selling gimmick to include in his campaigns.
Step 3. After discovering who his audience was and how to overcome the financing problem with the banks, Bruno started using copywriting techniques (a type of persuasive writing focused on sales) to add value to the properties he wanted to sell. In his campaigns, he used a series of words such as: sophisticated, exclusive, imposing and modern.
The development became easily associated with luxury, which helped to make customers understand the value of real estate.
Step 4. Working with real estate sales, Bruno noticed that the kitchen always caught the attention of customers, especially women.
Based on this idea, he took advantage of the proximity to Mother's Day and used the resource of scarcity to offer an exclusive bonus: whoever bought the apartment in May would receive a planned kitchen and appliances.
Step 5. With the strategy defined, Bruno created the ad campaign and left it running throughout the month of May. The campaign targeting was targeted to the audience he defined in step 1.
In 30 days, 4 units of the enterprise were sold using Facebook.
