Forza Horizon 3 will be pulled from the Microsoft Store soon

A Playground Games announced that Forza Horizon 3, released in 2022 for Xbox One and Windows 10, has entered the "End of Life" phase, which means that the game, as well as its additional content, will no longer be available on the Microsoft Store. The end date should be September 27, 2022, which is the day the game's big in-store sale ends.

those who already have Forza Horizon 3, as well as its DLCs, continue with normal access to the contents, but after their removal from the Microsoft Store, it will no longer be possible to acquire them. The studio has reassured players that the servers continue to function normally.

When a game reaches “End of Life”, that means it and its DLC will no longer be available for purchase in the Microsoft Store. However, features like multiplayer and online services will still be accessible for those that own the game.

Cases like this occur, as the games use many songs by singers and bands, and this has a deadline for its dissemination. There is also great difficulty in renegotiating the licenses for the music and real characters of these games, as well as brands and the like. In this way, the legal rights end and the game needs to be removed from the store.

If you haven't already Forza Horizon 3 now is the time, as several editions of the game as well as its expansion pass are on sale.
