Méliuz how does it work?

To enjoy the benefits, it is not mandatory to have a Méliuz credit card. Just register on the platform. You can use it on your computer through the company's website or install the Chrome or Firefox browser extension. On mobile, you need to download the app for Android or iOS. After creating your account, you can use Méliuz in 4 ways:

Méliuz credit card: how to apply?

Step 1. Access the Méliuz credit card website;

Step 2. Click in "I want my Méliuz Card”;

Step 3. Fill in the information of Full name, CPF (ID), email and let me know if you are Visually Impaired;

Step 4. Then read and accept the Méliuz Terms of Use and Privacy Policy;

Step 5. Then click on “I want the Méliuz card”;

Step 6. Enter the other requested data: RG, Genre, Cellphone, Date of Birth, Monthly income e mother's name;

Step 7. Click in "Continue";

Step 8. Fill in all the details of your residential address and then click on Continue;

Once this is done, your proposal will be successfully sent to Banco Pan and Méliuz. It will be analyzed and you will receive a response to the email you registered within 20 days. The only requirement they ask for is that you have a minimum monthly income of 1 minimum wage. So, if you have the Méliuz card denied, it is possibly because you have an income lower than this amount.

It is necessary to be aware that Banco Pan will consult your data in the credit protection agencies. It will also examine and record the data related to its subsequent debits from credit operations in the Central Bank's Credit Information System.

Méliuz credit card: where to follow the invoice?

If you do not have a login and password, access the Banco Pan website, choose the option Client Area and then click the button Register. Step 1. Access the Banco Pan app and tap I'm already a customer;

Step 2. Have your Méliuz credit card handy and the password sent by the bank via SMS. Log in with your email and password created on the site;

Step 4. You will have two options for unlocking methods, for QR Code ou 9-digit numeric code. Choose your preferred option;

Méliuz credit card: how to guarantee cashback?

Méliuz credit card: I didn't receive the cashback, what do I do?

You can check your cashbacks both on the website and in the Méliuz app, under the option Extrato. The amounts of purchases made with your credit card will be automatically added to your platform account after your invoice has been cleared.

Regarding cashbacks from partner ecommerces, they have 2 to 5 days after purchase to notify Méliuz. If it does not appear on the statement within this period, it means that the platform was not informed.

We have separated a list of reasons why you have not received cashback from a purchase with Méliuz:

• Forgetting and not activating cashback before adding the product to the cart;
• Have purchased directly through the store app;
• Have used coupons that are not on the Méliuz website in the same purchase;
• Have made use of other loyalty programs;
• Have visited price comparators after redirecting from Méliuz, via application or website;
• Have been redirected by some marketing email sent by the store (even with the Méliuz extension active);
• Have shopped on wedding lists;
• Have completed the purchase through the store's call center.

If you don't fit into any of the items on this list and the cashback is still not on your statement, or it was canceled by the store, you can request a manual review of the platform up to 90 days after purchase. • The store did not notify you about your purchase
• The store canceled your purchase
• The store has not yet confirmed your purchase

Méliuz credit card: how to cancel?

If you are not satisfied or have had a problem with the company, you can cancel your Méliuz credit card. However, in order to cancel, it will only be necessary to apply directly to Banco Pan, which is the main bank correspondent.
