Don't be fooled: the handling is remarkable and the fact that the tracks are full of obstacles that jump and crash in a realistic way makes everything more fun. The adventure mode is pretty exciting, the ability to build cars from scratch and watch them fall apart on crashes is fun, and the split-screen competition is pretty cool. Excellent racing game for weak PC for those who are not looking for realism, but a lot of fun.

10. Midnight Club II

Midnight Club II is one of the best open world racing games I've ever played. It would at least be compatible with the Forzas of the time, and maybe even surpass them.

This game is over 10 years old being released in 2008 but to this day the game still looks amazing. I'd even say it looks better than the Xbox 360 version of GTA 5. If you consider yourself a fan of Rockstar or racing games, do yourself a favor and play this game. It's pretty light, which makes it an excellent racing game for the weak PC.

Totally classic arcade game from Microsoft. I played it when I was a kid, this game will stay in my mind until the end of my life.

The open world for cars was well done, there are no real explosions or killed anyone, so I can recommend this game to everyone who doesn't choose games for their graphics (especially since it's a weak PC racing game).

Another one that we have already talked about here on the site. I played this game when I was a kid on PS2 and guess what? I still play to this day. Nobody can resist the chance of having several tuned cars, lowered cars, and going around pulling cracks, especially for those who remember the release of the first Fast and Furious. Very badass and this racing game runs on any weak PC.
