    In both cases, after completing the required fields, click on “Send” to track the order;


    Step 4. You will be taken to a page where all your orders placed and delivered by Rede Sul will be listed. Click on what you want to check and all the information about it will be available on the screen to check the delivery progress for your package.

    South Network tracking codes

    Tracking codes are present in all deliveries made by Rede Sul, which serve as a form of identification. Usually, this code is made available by the store where the customer made the purchase, either in the “My Order” tab of the platform, or via email. 

    To carry out the tracking, you just need to follow the step by step described above with your tracking code.

    Our tip is that you keep this code until the last moment, because at the time of delivery or at some point during the transport phase, this code may be requested by the carrier in case of any complications.
